How do I book a session?
You can book a session directly through the website by clicking the “Book Your Fitness Session Today” or “Book Your Session Today” button. I'll follow up to confirm details, location, and your fitness goals.
Where do you offer training sessions?
I serve clients across Los Angeles, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and surrounding areas. Sessions can take place at your home, a local park, office, or another safe, open space.
How do I pay for sessions?
After your first consultation, you'll receive a secure payment link. I accept credit/debit cards and offer session packs for added value.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes! I offer buddy training sessions at a discounted rate — perfect for couples or friends who want to stay motivated together.
What should I prepare for the session?
A water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. I bring the equipment based on your personalized training plan.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of 10% from total payment.
